Additionally, you only pay for performance. Payment is due only upon the candidate signing employment with your client or when you get paid (whichever is later).

What are the fees for agencies to use Vawch?

Vawch charges fees that are very competitive with premium job boards and newspaper advertising. Do remember that there is no risk for agencies to use us as the fees are payable only upon a successful placement of a candidate sourced through our platform or when you get paid (whichever is later).

Since Vawch is a marketplace for high-value jobs, we require that jobs advertised on Vawch to meet our minimum salary requirements of S$50,000 in annual base salary.

Why can't I put my contact details for candidates to contact me directly?

Since we have a system to track and manage referrals, we ask that agencies use our system to receive resumes from candidates. This ensures that referrers are able to track their referrals and be rewarded if they are successful.

Is there a guarantee period?

Just like traditional advertising and job boards, Vawch does not offer a guarantee period to agencies since the final screening and filtering are conducted by the agencies themselves.

When is payment due?

Since we have to pay our Referrers in a timely manner, payment is due upon the your candidate taking up employment with the Employer.

What other services does Vawch offer?

Vawch will also promote agencies and other recruiters through monthly newsletters that we send out to our membership base. There are also other co-branding opportunities such as being a Profiled Employer on our pages.
